Spring and Summer 2022
SPRING SHOW - Many thanks to everyone who came along to our show and especially those who entered something to be judged. Our thanks to Brian Furner (pictured left) for judging the entries and for encouraging us all. It can be a nerve-wracking thing to enter a show but it's always worth it to see so many lovely things, especially in spring. More photos of the entries can be seen by clicking here.
Our thanks also to Shepherd's Nursery for providing some lovely, healthy plants for our plant sale.
NEXT MEETING 5th May, 8pm - We look forward to hearing Russell Bowes and his talk about Gertrude Jekyll called 'Miss Jekyll's Garden Boots'
A note on covid safety: Whilst national restrictions have been lifted and we are keen to try to run as normal a series of events as possible, we are aware that many members may still feel uncomfortable attending in person. We will open windows in the hall, even if the night is chilly so please bring warm clothes if you feel the cold. If you would like to be seated away from others, please speak to a member of the Committee, who will try to help.
